We do not accept opened jars. Only sealed unopened jars can be returned
All return requests should be made within 10 (ten) days from receiving the order.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
If you had received “Free Shipping” with your order, and you decide to return all or part of it, then the shipping cost will
be deducted from the shipment  total and the balance will be credited to your credit card.
 
Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Please email or fax us your “Order Number” (mandatory) along with reason for return.

We will then give you a “Return Authorization Number” and any specific instruction to return the product. You then securely pack the return
merchandise and ship it to the following :
