INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please fill the Fax Order Form and fax it to 770-228-4281 (DO NOT EMAIL). We will email confirmation which will include the Shipping Cost. If you approve it, then we will process the order.

 

IMPORTANT: Orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday.

                       Orders received after 2 PM  on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday including Next Day & Second Day orders

We try our best to ship your order within 24 hours( no guarantees), provided the orders are received by 2.PM (Eastern Standard Time).

 

" Next Day" and "Second Day" Shipments are shipped same day provided the orders are received by 2.PM (EST).

If your shipping address is a place where there is nobody present to sign for the package, the UPS driver may
Leave the package at door steps. If you feel that the package can be lost in such a case, then please contact us, we can send it with “signature required”  (additional fee applies). We are not responsible for missing packages in situations where the package if left at the door.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and International Customers should Fax their orders. We will quote you the freight cost via an email, if you approve of it, only then we will proceed with the order.
